Small and medium-sized enterprises are the beneficiaries of a wide range of EU policies and programmes, yet often lack the resources to identify those which affect, or could benefit, their business. The Enterprise and Industry DG contracted ESN to design and build a portal providing access to information on all EU initiatives relevant to SMEs. In addition to collecting, structuring and drafting the initial content, ESN was responsible for ongoing maintenance.
